Acupuncture Services:
New patient appointment-120 minute session. The initial acupuncture session allows time for a comprehensive intake and a review of all relevant health history. A full length acupuncture session, bodywork, herbal consultation and nutritional consultation is included. Patients are encouraged to bring a list of current medications, supplements, or any other documentation that they feel is pertinent to the treatment of their health concern.
Return visit- 75 minute session. Return visits are for established patients and include acupuncture, bodywork, and continued herbal and nutritional guidance.
Auricular acupuncture with reflexology– 30 minute session. Acupuncture to the ear has been used extensively to assist patients through periods of physical withdrawal from recreational drugs or pharmaceuticals. These short treatment sessions engage the parasympathetic nervous system and the normalize physiological function during big lifestyle changes. Ear acupuncture is also a great for those with limited time or budget.
House Calls- Available for pre-existing patients or their family members who have limited mobility or acute conditions that prevent them from seeking office visits.
Massage Services:
Custom bodywork therapy- available in 30, 60, 90, or 120 minute sessions. Treatments are designed to meet the unique needs of the individual.
Nutritional and Herbal Consultation Services:
New patient herbal consultation– 75 minute session that includes patient intake and administration of herbal therapies including Chinese herbs, patent medicines, nutraceutical supplements and essential oils. For patients receiving acupuncture this will be included within the context of initial acupuncture appointments.
Return patient herbal consultation- 30 minute session to evaluate patient progress, refill prescriptions, and continue herbal therapy. For patients receiving acupuncture this will be included within the context of return acupuncture appointments.
New patient nutritional consultation- 75 minute session that includes patient intake and comprehensive dietary guidance using the principles of Chinese medicine theory. Advice for nutritional supplementation will also be provided. For patients receiving acupuncture this will be included within the context of initial acupuncture appointments.
Return patient nutritional consultation- 30 minute session to evaluate patient progress, provide continued support for dietary changes and nutritional supplementation. For patients receiving acupuncture this will be included within the context of return acupuncture treatments.
